Tuition payments are due at the beginning of each month. 

All tuition payments are non-refundable.

Spanish Lessons. All of our lessons are private and individualized, so lesson timeslots are unfortunately very limited.  

Please realize that scheduling an appointment with you eliminates the possibility of other students scheduling an appointment in the same timeslot.  If circumstances arise and you must cancel your previously scheduled lesson, or you are a no-show to your previously scheduled lesson, I will completely understand.  However, your lesson fee will not be refunded and make-up lessons are not available.  

I value my students and I am passionate about teaching and helping others to learn. However, Spanish by Lorna is a business and I greatly appreciate you accepting and understanding this policy.
